Refund Policy

Velora provides design, development, hosting and management services rather than off-the-shelf products, so refunds depend on the specific agreement and how much work has already been done.

Last updated: 10 September 2026

How refunds are assessed

If you ask to cancel a project or request a refund, the outcome depends on:

  • The written agreement or proposal accepted for that project
  • The stage the project has reached
  • The work already designed, built or delivered
  • Payments already made, including any deposit
  • Third-party costs already committed on your behalf, such as hosting or licences
  • The consumer-protection law that applies to you

What we do not claim

Velora does not advertise a blanket money-back guarantee. If you see a specific refund promise, it will be in your signed project agreement — not implied by this page.

Deposits, cancellation windows and specific terms

BUSINESS OWNER CONFIRMATION REQUIRED — the exact refund period, deposit refundability, cancellation notice period and any pro-rata rules for hosting or management plans have not been confirmed and have deliberately not been invented. These must be supplied by the business owner before this page is final.

Hosting and management plans

BUSINESS OWNER CONFIRMATION REQUIRED — billing cycle, notice period to cancel, and whether part-months are refunded still need to be confirmed.

How to raise a refund or cancellation request

Reply to the email thread for your project, or send a message through the request form describing the project and what you would like to happen. We will respond with where things stand and what is possible under your agreement.

Legal review

LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED — cancellation and refund rights for services differ by country and by whether the customer is a consumer or a business. This page should be reviewed by a qualified adviser for the places Velora operates in and sells to.
